The Indian lady in Dunkin’s needs some customer service training. She was there at 3 today on Oct 12. I wish I got her name so I could complain to corporate! Get her some customer service training! She’s TERRIBLE!l so RUDE!!!

Dunkin' offers an amazing sweet black pepper sandwich with a buttery croissant and delicious fully cooked egg. Kids loved the donut holes. Great coffee, espresso, and signature lattes like caramel craze are very tasty. The top-notch staff provides excellent service, making it a great stop for travelers. From the moment customers walk into the big open space of Dunkin', they are immediately welcomed by an open and wide selection of items able to be purchased, from drinks and snacks to tobacco or alcohol purchases. The staff are also welcoming and pleasant, always leaving customers smiling. The new layout is clean and well organized. Although the sandwiches are good, they could be better. The prices are slightly higher than usual. The store has most of what customers need. Teenagers and those in their very early twenties run this location. They do an incredible job, working smoothly and efficiently. If anything goes wrong, they fix it immediately with smiles on their faces. This is a favorite Dunkin' location. The job is developing their character and work ethic.
