“We had M I Vegan cater our wedding and our guests RAVED. As a vegan couple, it was important to us to have vegan entrees and we went with two options: 1. Burger and Garlic Parm Fries and 2. Tacos and BBQ Cauli Wings. Everyone (especially non-vegans) said the food was AMAZING and the M I Vegan team was very sweet. Thank you for being part of such a magical day!“

“This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Lansing and the folks who run it are wonderful! They have the best garlic sauce in central Michigan and it comes with pita. The food is always always always fresh and delicious. I am not related to anyone there and I have not been paid or compensated in any way for this or any other reviews I may have given for this restaurant. I honestly just love their food and it never leaves me feeling cruddy. I have digestive issues sometimes from restaurant food and I always feel great after eating here. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. They have yummy desserts as well. Now they have an amazing Lunch Buffet for around $15.00 and it’s a great way to try things you may be hesitant to try. It also includes salad choices, soup, hummus and their garlic sauce with pita!!! “I love Blaze Pizza! You walk up to the counter and the process begins. Pick your sauce, cheese, toppings and spices. You can see them put it in the brick oven. The whole restaurant smells delicious! In less than 10 minutes, you have a piping hot personal pizza! It's my favorite pizzareria!“

“I would not judge a book by its cover when it comes to this bakery. It might not have the trendy cupcake look, but the cupcakes and cakes are delicious. They have other baked goods as well for drop-in bakery items. The have no-frills and full flavor are very reasonably priced too.“

Our server was amazing but I wasn't too fond of the manager walking around yelling at all his employees who were busting their butts trying to provide the best service to the customers. I've worked in restaurants for about 10 years now and I know things can get frustrating during dinner rushes. But being the owner of the restaurant and treating your employees so poorly while you have customers trying to eat isn't ideal. I watched this guy yell at all his cooks and servers. Also was rude to a server about a chair when they didn't know said chair wasn't allowed in the outside seating area. I really hope this manager takes the extra steps to pull people aside and be discreet when addressing something instead of causing a scene like we saw tonight. Other then that, we enjoyed this restaurant and the food!“

“I recently visited Hongs Cafe Cafe and Bar and had a really good experience. I ordered the hot pot and it was awesome. The soup was flavorful and everything tasted fresh. If you like hot pot or malatang, this is definitely a great place to try.

The only thing is that it’s a little on the pricey side — the hot pot soup was around $32. It’s very good quality, but you can find hot pot for a bit cheaper at some other places.

Overall though, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and it was a great spot to enjoy a hot pot meal. I would definitely come back again!“

“The food is good. I had the Tortelloni with shrimp. It is obviously mostly a takeout place. The dining room is consistently a mess. The atmosphere is fine but the cleanliness is typical of post COVID restaurants. I'm sure lack of staff is too blame.“

“Everything I tried was excellent. The Chilean Sea Bass is worth the trip alone. I tried a scallop on polenta and was impressed by that as well. I ate on the patio on a very warm summer night. The patio was shaded so even though it was still pretty sunny, I was glad we decided to eat outside. The mocktails I tried were all really good, but the espresso martini was my favorite by far. Our table shared shrimp and peach bruschetta appetizers that went pretty quickly. There was not a single dish that everyone was not happy with. It is also worth noting that the vegan at our table was easily accommodated. We could not have asked for a better experience. I don't like to leave reviews that ignore the bad but there is nothing I would have changed.“

“I have never been so impressed. We ordered 6 large pizzas, a salad and a sub at 11:31am and it was done by 11:54am. That is the fastest I have even experienced at a pizza place. When I arrived the service was amazing, helpful and cheerful. They also had 2 other large orders at the time, which were all done when the customers arrived and all had the same great service.
