Buccilli's is ALWAYS packed. My husband raves about the Italian sub! Honestly, the first time I tried their pizza I didn't like it. Since that trial was the midday buffet I decided to give them another chance, and boy am I glad I did! Carry-out of the pizza of my choosing is always delicious! That cheese bread is absolutely perfect. Could have ate two pies to myself! Also the waitress was so understanding of my wild two year old! Great service!
Kid-friendliness: My two year old is absolutely wild, and they were kind, helpful and understanding. She dumped a whole thing of water out and the waitress didn't bat an eye, just came right over to help us and did it with a smile. So thankful for the kindness of the waitress and to not feel like a problem!

The server was very rude. She charged us for things we didn't order. The manager wasn't very good at making things right. We had a very large group and it would have been nice to know they valued us as customers.
