I have had 3 orders in a row missing my large fry. I just came to drive through to get my mobile order because that's how I've gotten it a hundred times. we'll somehow it was for counter so I asked if they could give it to me the girl says no. how in the world can you not just hand me my order I have already paid for make that make sense
I stopped going because they almost never get my order right. for instance I ordered 2- 20 PC nuggets and asked for honey mustard my wife asked for BBQ we received 2 of each. 2 for a 10 PC maybe but for a 20 PC I expected at least 4 . they weren't even that busy . then when we returned to get what we paid for the girl was snotty towards us . she even tried telling us that she was really busy at the time . that a straight up lie 2 cars behind us and only one in front of us....read full review
