Everytime this place takes an eternity to get an order ready. When faced with fact that I had watched 10-15 cars get served in front of me a manager refused to serve. Horrible service. Horrible reaction to being busy. If you can't take criticism do not work in the service industry.

The bathrooms were clean, service was pleasant and quick. Appreciated there was a human being to wait on us And, most importantly!, food was tasty and hot. Also appreciate the Schultz Family as they support their local community.

Waited in the drive-thru over 10 minutes and it was busy. Had to wait to place my order as I was told one moment. Paid and we had to ask if we could move up. No customer service skills in any of the employees. Lady handed me my diet coke, which was not a diet, it was a regular coke. Couldn't even get that right. Just an out of town visitor who needed a diet coke to soothe a sore throat. And the pop was $2.32! I thought $2.11 at home was bad. You can do way better.

I got old dry chicken nuggets, and they made me new ones when I said something. They were courteous, respectful, and did a great job!😊

I was just out of work, needed something quick to eat so I could get home and relax. From the time I got off my exit, ordered my food, paid and was home in 5 mins.

....if you can't figure out the computer try asking for help instead of having the customer pay more. Instead I get told "just tell them you don't want it"....um, okay but I paid for the item so how does that make sense. Yes it was only a small amount but I work hard for my money and McDonald's is a treat.

Waited a while for 3 Happy Meals - I wasn't given our drinks at the window. When the Happy Meals came, I asked for the chocolate milks. After delivering an order, he went in and returned with one. Back in to get 3 - no straws or napkins.
