I'm updating a review I wrote five years ago, and I'm thrilled to say this McDonald's is still one of the best I've ever been to.
The number one reason remains the staff. They are consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. Seriously, the crew working here could teach a masterclass in customer service. They are the heart of this location and the reason it's a 5-star experience.
On this visit, the food was hot and fresh, and I was happy to see the men's bathroom was clean and in great shape. While the building's layout is still a bit strange, it doesn't take away from the outstanding service.
Year after year, this location proves that a great team makes all the difference. Highly recommend stopping here!

They were getting pretty bad at messing up your order but, the last few times I’ve went thru the drive thru they have been spot on, no forgotten items. I only left 3 stars because I feel it’s a work in progress, employees are a lot more pleasant now, before they acted as if they hated the world. Just wish they would make actual burgers instead of that frozen fake meat.

My suggestion, do not eat at McDonald's in Prudenville. Service is so slow, you might as well eat at a sit down restaurant. Several times they've messed up my order and there's no effort to improve any aspect of the dining experience.
I have had 3 orders in a row missing my large fry. I just came to drive through to get my mobile order because that's how I've gotten it a hundred times. we'll somehow it was for counter so I asked if they could give it to me the girl says no. how in the world can you not just hand me my order I have already paid for make that make sense

Food was not hot. Person working at the counter seemed to have no clue what she was doing. Although everyone was pleasant to her there were many eye rolls, head shakes and comments between patrons.
