Went for breakfast from out of town. Breakfast was great except we were not fond of the bacon. It is obviously smoked which is fine but has a weird after taste. Maybe it was just weird to us.

Atmosphere and service was great. The food tasted good but was deceiving. Left the restaurant and headed north. Barely made it to grayling before I had to make a pit stop.... dont eat here unless you want stomach cramps and praying to the porcelain gods.

This was the best restaurant I’ve been to in a LONG time. I’ve never had better pancakes, and bacon and coffee. My mom had a country omelet and could NOT stop talking about how amazing it was and she went into detail about how they used ground sausage in the gravy instead of sausage links. She was all over the food and so was I. Best breakfast and lunch place in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone, the servers are extremely sweet and friendly, the food comes quick, and everyone is willing to answer a question you might have. Extremely good service. I would come back here a million times again, their prices are extremely good and for the price, the food is wayyyy too good. 5 stars all the way because I can’t do 6.
MJ's definitely the top spot in town to get breakfast! Food is always on point and the staff is always great. I recommend their Irish omelette with the home fries, however you can't go wrong with anything they offer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great breakfast.
