my name is is Joshua Schneider. I was in this establishment on 11/10/2025 Monday. Approximately 6 pm. I am famliar with the service industry. The visual marketing/ curbside appeal is inviting. upon arrival, from appearance. It looked like a place i would enjoy spending time at. I was rather suprised by the lack of patrons. After meeting the younger female server. I thought perhap she had mistaken me for someone that had done her wrong. Anyways. Ive wasted my time and energy already. Judging by the number of customers in this establishment already. where i would assume a larger crowd would be drawn in by that alone. Clearly this train went off the track and mediocrity is just how it is. So I will waste nobody's time beyond this. If anyone has concerns. I'd be happy to convey what I observed. and experienced. Ive ran several coperate business and helping a local business to do better within this community and what surrounds would be great. Until than, I will maintain my opinion with community member to avoid North Shore loundge at all cost due to my experience. I can be reach at (813-360-2337. Thank you.

We seen those places on Google maps as we were traveling, so we said lets try even though it was off our route. Hrs of operation are 12-12. We got there at 12:05, only 5 minutes after opening time and door is locked. Sorry but if you're not punctual, I'm nit waiting....

While vacationing in the area with friends we decided to try Northshore lounge for dinner and drinks, as there was 4 couples, we were told we could only be on one bill. This is ridiculous! They charged 10% on top of this. When we had a question on the bill ($17.00+ for potato skins) and another order that we never received. The waitress was rude to our member that was questioning the bill. As this was not something that warranted a big deal being made out of (imho) I nor anyone in our party will be back when we are in the area next. I refused to tip while a member of our party did leave $50, for an almost $300 bill.
I encourage patrons if they read this review and have similar experience to not leave a tip! While the food was decent, standard fair. The bar had a very very limited selection. Pulling beers and cracking tops is about the extent of their ability.
Great area to vacation, but stay away from Northshore Lounge unless you enjoy being talked down too, limited bar drinks and incorrect orders.

Love this place! Food is great and the service is excellent!! Always enjoy my time here!

I love this place. I travel here on my boat, my snowmobile and my car. It is always awesome. The food is good. The servers are great. The outside Tiki bar is so much fun. Live music on an old pontoon boat. Giant sand pit for the kids.

This is a near perfect place to hang out.

It seems pretty ironic that my issue with this place is basically the same issue I see with this place over the last few years and currently. We showed up to have a drink and sat outside where there were several people and a bartender behind the bar. We sat and started talking and realized after 10 minutes that nobody had approached us so I went up to the bar to see if I could just order drinks there. The bartender didn’t speak at me or address me in any manner. She then walked out from behind the bar and went over to the table that I had been sitting at to let them know that the bar was closed out there and they weren’t serving anything. She saw us for the 10 minutes that we sat there and she never said anything, and she could’ve easily said something to me as I stood at the bar, waiting for her to even acknowledge me. We didn’t bother going in after her extreme rudeness and will never go back. Have told a lot of our friends up here to not even bother….

We came in around 10:30pm but left not long after. The owners were serving alcohol to a big group that was clearly very intoxicated. What shocked us most was that there was a small child with them — no older than 7 — screaming and covering their ears while the adults drank heavily. This girl cried and screamed, and an adult just brought her into the parking lot, while the owners continued to serve their group. That child should not have been in that bar at that time. How did they even get home? Why didn’t the owners step in? We won’t be coming back.

We’ve stopped here twice while here on vacation. The owner was so gracious, and even brought our dog a bowl of water and a biscuit to snack on both times. The burgers are delicious, and it’s so nice to be able to pull up with a boat and have lunch. Highly recommend!
