Food: For the price, the quality is not great. Dining with a group of people, there were mild inconvenience in the food was prepared.

Noteworthy to mention: The silverware and plates were not clean at all. Particularly the plates. There were visible stains and other things on that made it very uncomfortable - especially when you see food residue.

I ordered food there and they messed up my order I then called and asked if I could give the food back and get what I ordered. They then told me that it was their mistake and they messed it up. But then proceeded to tell me that even though they messed up I needed to re buy my order. I’ve never been to a restaurant were if they mess up you have to pay for there mistake very unprofessional.

We arrived at 6:30 and expected an impossible wait because of the number of cars in the parking lot. Instead, it was ten minutes, and we were kept posted. The fish fry hit the spot, was crispy and delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere, as the restaurant was clean, in spite of being busy, and it was quiet enough to be able to hear each other.

There was a misunderstanding of what I ordered, when it got to the managers attention, Kathy , Mgr, started from the beginning of the misunderstanding and corrected the problem right away. The food was delicious, cooked and prepared to near perfect

I just love Applebee's. They train their staff fairly well and consistently. The food is always on point and fresh. I rarely find anything to complain about here and the steaks are consistently perfect.
