Came here at 6:30am for breakfast. We knew what we wanted and husband said our order through speaker clearly and slowly. The lady in there just kept on talking after we ordered. He ordered our meals and then she asks, you want that in a meal. Agh dah, he ordered our meals by the number. Then when we came around, after he paid she practically threw the bag at him and it ripped, almost lost everything.

This place is the slowest place on the planet. Please get new management. I was in here on October 8th Wednesday at 3:15 p.m. barely any customers and talk about slow. Unacceptable there's nothing fast about this place. I ended up walking out

Would rate it lower if I could, and I'm a former employee. This place runs with only 6 people, the manger refuses basically to take interviews. Other management thinks it's above them to help their team and that everyone is supposed to make sure they don't really have to do their job. The food taste terrible because no one wants to properly wash anything, the fry baskets are never washed, salt shakers never changed, constant broken equipment, and I tried making my mangers aware. They ignored me and the problems and just tried to justify why it is this way. This place don't care about their customers or their employees. I wasn't paid for a whole day but I worked for them that day. It took them two weeks to handle the drunk and high general manager that was sleeping in the lobby. They pay the current one to constantly to leave and pick up her kids, but I can't get paid for actually doing my job. Nor can they address any actual problem. This place doesn't deserve anyone's business, they need to put under investigation.

The chick with black hair and glasses treated me like absolute garbage! Super rude over the intercom and slammed the door in my face in the drive through. The food was alright, but wish they had better customer service. I thought it was supposed to me my way!

The light up sign out front says Drive thru open. The bldg was lit up, including drive thru menu ,which had a paper sign saying closed at 8 pm. Thanks for wasting our time

Lady was super rude and not nice because I ordered something which made her not finish her cigarette. Maybe if you let her finish it she’ll be nicer but I doubt it. Good sandwich tho.

Not impressed with the service received at the drive thru on mother's day. Not a typical BK customer, but stopped for my mother in law for her favorite burger. Let's just say I'll be going to Calumet for future BK visits.
I would come here for BK breakfast when they first opened, but then after numerous wet soggy eggs, cold sausage, and soggy hash browns this became a less frequent stop.
Truthfully sad, as the old BK downtown was a favorite. This place isn't even close to an average BK standard.. Hopefully they can get that figured out, as this location isn't "new" anymore.
