90% of the time that I go here, my order is completely wrongThey are often time’s completely out of items as well, but still let you order them on the appToday, my bacon cheeseburger had no pickles, ketchup, or mustardAnd my wrap which requested no lettuce and tomato, and paid to add cheese and bacon, just came without any modifications

Just waited 20 minutes to pay 19 dollars for a meal and everything in the order was messed up/ignored. Time for me to make my own inflation adjustment and not shop here.

The one time I don’t check my bag they forgot some of my food. My DrPepper is all carbonated water and no syrup. Someone went to town on my burgers with mustard. It’s everywhere!

only fast food place that serves an impossible burger or any meat alternative really, so that’s the only reason i come. but why did i order online at 11:45, show up at 12:13 and they still have not started making my food? what’s the point of ordering online? i’m on my lunch break, so i thought if i ordered ahead, i could just pick it up (an entire half hour later for one burger and a small fry). just so annoying, does not make me want to get food here.

Went there around 3pm on a Wednesday when the drive-thru was empty but my wife and myself. Ordered 2 sandwiches but, wouldn't have ordered any if I would have known that a whopper and a chicken sandwich was an inconvenience to this fine 5 star establishment. Drive thru lady seemed pissed that she had to get off her phone to provide us with service via drive-thru. Didn't greet us, told us our total, took my card, and shut the window. Handed us our food and my card with no comments and just shut the window to dismiss us. Didn't ask us if we wanted any ketchup packets or anything etc. Didn't give me a receipt either. The staff here will kill this business before anything else.

Pop was warm no ice from dispenser, staff whines and cries then manager complains to customer without even asking what happened. Good luck I think this ones days are numbered unless they grow

well staff needs to grow some skin, no ice at pop machine. pop dispensed warm. you can't hardly say anything and the staff cries and then the manager doesn't bother to ask you anything just accuse you. this rates as enter at your own risk
