If you wonder why your food sucks, it’s bc they can’t keep employees. The boss refuses to acknowledge scheduling needs no matter how many times he’s reminded, and the new female ASM enjoys trying to send her younger female co workers home over non-issues because she has personal problems she’s unable to leave at the door. Thanks! I don’t recommend eating or working here until there’s new management all around.

I have to say... If you look at my reviews, they're almost solely positive, but wow.
We stopped here while traveling. This Culvers really shouldn't get to be a Culvers... I don't know if there is not another Culvers in the area & people just don't know? It was so odd. We have probably been to 10 different Culvers & I have never felt the need to give feedback.. usually they're reliably the same. Walking in, this Culvers smelled SO weird.. really off putting. My son described it as "rat droppings" for lack of a better description. Then, the cashier was too busy complaining about Doordash drivers to pay attention to our order, which was therefore wrong but I didn't even worry about it because we wanted to get out of there. There was ketchup in multiple random places & it was generally just a mess even though it wasn't busy at all. If you're in this area I would highly recommend checking out any other Culvers.

This Culver's definitely needs help. Kitchen help shortage, cleanliness lacking only redemption was the pretzel bites. The worst Culver's that I've visited
Food is good, but can you please do something about the very foul smelling carpet inside the restaurant? Carpet in a fast food restaurant is a bad idea.

I stopped in Saturday 5 Oct about 7:30 PM, there were a few people inside and 3-4 cars in the drive thru. I walked in to order a hot fudge sundae; 45 minutes later and checking with at least 2 different workers about where my order was as folks who ordered custard a half hour after I arrived were being served, I finally got my completely melted sundae, the kid said, ooops, I guess I missed this the first time you asked me about this. I asked him to take it back and throw the melted dairy away as it had been sitting out a long time. No offer to make this right, just an oops I missed this as he tried to walk away. Never go to this Culver’s. Just don’t do it, ever
