we sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting for one singular ice cream and 3 other cars behind us got their food before us 0/5 don’t spend your money here if you like having time to do other things with your day you could work a whole 9-5 before they even think about making your food even if it’s the only order these guys stink boo 👎😡😤🤬 i hope this got my point across

The Houghton location leaves a bit to be desired. All staff was not the rays of sunshine I’ve come to expect from the many other locations I’ve been to. Food seemed the same for the most part.

7pm - On the way home we decided to zip through the drive through for a couple small Oreo concert mixers. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked my husband to see if the forgot us ! Very disappointed as others were leaving with bags of goodies. The mixers were good.

Very quick and efficient service. My first time getting the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delish!
The diet root beer tasted off. Maybe check your mixing. Cheese curds and onion rings were good.

i’ve always had no issues with culver’s, but the other night we were in line when an employee put the sign saying the drive through was closed behind our car and told us we were the last customers. there were two cars in front of us and we got to the speaker another employee came out the back door and said sorry, we aren’t taking your order. we ended up leaving but it was annoying to sit in line, just to be told that. i would’ve preferred they told us that before.

Passing through and stopped by for a meal on a Sunday. Went via drive through, it was fairly quickly, the employees were nice and polite however the food looked sad. Maybe it was the packaging, but it was smashed and flat. The taste was fine but the appearance was sad. I visit Culver's quite a bit, but this was a first.
