Have been here a few times over the years on vacation. Copper harbor has no latte. Lord have mercy.This place has trash lattes. It’s really sad. Flat milk no froth in the latte, temperature is Lukewarm at best as if you got a latte forgot about it in you car for an hour and then went back to drink it. They’ve done this several times. Get a thermometer!!!!!Won’t come back. It’s a never go back for me. Gave them several chances I’m done.

I am one of those folks who don't "do" reviews, and certainly not negative ones. On the other hand, sometimes, it's worth pointing out when someone/place is doing it right. This is one. Cyberia has been a fixture here since 2002. While I don't frequent it often, only because I make my own daily coffee in a French press at home, occasionally I have need of a mutual meeting place with WiFi. I always find something interesting on the menu, the baristas (in my experience) are _genuinely_ cheerful without fail, and yesterday, I had a soy hot chocolate that was downright tasty (these things can be hit or miss as you know). The only reason I am not giving a 5 is only because it always seems a little dingy. So, you know, something to work on, right? Ignore the bad reviews. Must have been an unusually off day. Keep up the great work!
