Stopped in for blizzards, ice cream, and a banana split. The service was fast and quick and the treats came out perfect. Would definitely stop by again for a frozen treat

This place is just too frustrating to order from. After the third time repeating my order I just drove away without ordering. Hire people that understand English! This isn't the first time either. I'm done with this place....its just not worth it.

Awful customer service. 1 person speaks english. 5/5 past times my order was wrong and if you confront them about it, and ask for the correct order, they demand the ice cream back after a few bites and set it on the counter in the back for someone else to eat. I've gotten 2 ice cream cakes and 2/2 times they spelt "birthday" wrong and on another "father" wrong and said oh sorry and laughed when i told them and didnt give a discount or anything.The customer is never right at this organization. I've given them too many chances. They have been under new management, and in the past 20 years of visiting this location, we have never had this much of an issue. Lost me as a returning customer because of too many consecutive bad experiences! ?

Use to love going here. Since new owners the 3 times I have gone they can not get my order right. Going to have to get my ice cream fix somewhere else

I knew there were new owners and ever since this place has gone down the tubes. I ordered the simplest ice cream cakes because I didn't want any mistakes to happen. I asked for it to be ready at 1pm. Arrived and only 1 of the two cakes were done. My mother was picking up the cakes and I asked to speak to the manager on the phone. She walked away and said she would start working on the cake. I called 5 times to talk to a manager about what happened and each time we were hung up on. I hope things improve drastically or we will never go here again.

My mom, sister and I went through the drive thru and ordered four blizzards. No issues with the blizzards. My issue is with the customer service. We get to the window and we can see there’s roughly about three workers working. But they’re all in the back area talking as we are waiting for our blizzards. My mom asks if we could get lids on them. The girl looked irritated when my mom asked this proceeds to take the spoon out of the blizzard and whips it in the trash. And gives my mom a nasty eye roll. She does eventually end up putting lids on all four blizzards but it’s the lids for the Julius drinks.
I didn’t appreciate the attitude over a lid. Poor customer service
