Ordered dinner from them and they left for delivery about 6 pm. Then they didn’t show up after 45 minutes even though I got the email that they had entered the neighborhood and delivered the pizza. Called the manager and he said they were stuck. Waited another hour and they’ll driver was still stuck. Apparently they do not have any other drivers to bring the food so we just got no food at all. Absolutely appalling and disgraceful

For the last 10 years they have consistently provided excellent service no matter the employees. Its worth the money and they are excellent in the service department. Though the atmosphere is a bit...boring?

Overly long wait. Almost no delivery. Middling pizza. Not worth the time or money.
Just had the worst customer service experience I ever had in a restaurant. Ordered a pizza and sandwich. Website said it would be ready in 8-12 minutes. 15 minutes later I arrived at the store. The timer board, which lists the status of your order, stated my order would be ready in 1-5 minutes. Ten minutes later, my order was not. I asked a worker if the timer board was accurate and he stated "yes, within a minute or two". Another ten minutes and still nothing. Talked to two other customers that were visibly angry and they stated they had been waiting over 30 minutes for orders that were supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. But the time wasn't the big issue for me. It was the lackadaisical attitude of the workers. They walked about the store like zombies, with no urgency. So much wasted time talking and not concentrating on their jobs. You have people waiting for overdue orders and they didn't care a bit. I again asked a worker if my order had even been prepped yet and he said it will be soon. This is 50 minutes after I ordered. I walked out and told them to keep the order, to which the worker smugly replied "have a nice day". I will never again set foot in the Houghton Dominos.... and that's too bad because I was a regular customer there. I had two favorites I always ordered.

Placed an order around 7 pm scheduled for 9:45. The online tracker said they finished the quality check at 9:27. I called them at 9:55 asking what was the hold up and was told me they have one driver and it is what it is. I got a call at 10:18 telling me if it was an issue I could “ walk to the store and pick it up with a card aye?” Before they hung up. I then got a call but the driver a while later telling me to come pick up my order that was sitting for nearly an hour at that point saying I could get in trouble for not picking up an order that I placed
