I ordered a ice coffee on 3 separate times I asked for light ice and the sticker said light ice The large drink was still 90 percent ice So what does light ice mean?
The 3 young ladies working at 10am were an absolute DREAM TEAM! They were very busy and all 3 worked together like a well oiled machine! I had a fairly good size order and they were sure to acknowledge me and let me know they were working on it. Every item in my order was 100% correct. Store was very clean and welcoming.

I absolutely love all of the staff at this location!! Thanks so much to all of their employees, but especially to Nate, who has helped me on multiple occasions, and is just overall a wonderful employee for Dunkin Donuts Houghton!:) anyone thinking of stopping in, you will not be disappointed with the wonderful service!!

I got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and there is over half of the bread uncovered by the egg and bacon… the proportion of bread to egg and bacon ratio is completely off. Pathetic attempt at a breakfast sandwich. Edit: bread is also the crunchier than some chips I’ve had before.

Ice cream is almost always freezer burnt and cones stale. Worst ice cream in the area.

The staff is always nice but the coffee and bagel sandwiches are not great. I've tried a few times, hoping that maybe it would get better but it hasn't. The bagel is always slightly burnt and there is nothing on it besides the egg and cheese. There isn't any flavor, like not even butter, just a dry burnt bagel with some egg and cheese on it, and the cheese is cold, not even slightly melted. I've tired to get a vanilla latte and it just tasted like hot water. There wasn't any flavor. I tired a vanilla iced coffee, again no flavor. I'm not sure what's going on but I don't bother going there anymore.

Went out to get some good old fashioned ice cream. Only had 5 flavors. Hopefully they will be more like the other BR31 and have more flavors soon.

The Carmel frozen coffee was good. The breakfast bagels wasn’t. No line but took forever to take my order was starting to think their speaker was broken. Only my second time trying them.

No reason to go to Dunkin / Baskin Robbins with so many family-owned local places around. The donuts are cold and tough, obviously not made there. The scoop of ice cream I got was so tiny that it bordered on a dollop of ice cream. So many better places to go for ice cream and donuts in the Houghton / Hancock area.
