Great food! But every time I order delivery there is some issue where the driver doesn’t know where they are going even though I give the exact address and details to get to my door. This has happened 3 times so I wanted to write this so if anyone orders delivery you could expect a call asking where to drop the order off at.

Got the worst sandwich of my life. I have eaten lots of sandwiches throughout my life and this one contained slimey brown lettuce. As well as lunch meat that was sour when I ate it. Immediately threw it in the trash. Not happy with this....

The staff here is always in a deep conversation, or not paying attention to what they're doing, and it always takes a long time to get food. My partner went to get us food and she is vegetarian and ordered the veggie sub. This sandwich came loaded with turkey. She has been vegetarian for almost 10 years, and this can seriously affect her health. My sandwich was also wrong. To the staff - please be mindful of what you are doing, as people could have dietary restrictions or allergies. Disappointed.
The store hours are much later than I would expect, which makes this a great option for some late night dining. It's Jimmy John's, the subs are better than subway by a long shot. Staff were friendly and fast, would recommend.

Every time I order for our crew, there is nothing in the damn sub. $12 for bread. I just went thru drive thru and it’s not even the sub I ordered and there’s one piece of Turkey. Marquette Jimmy John’s never disappoints. Waste of money.
