Had a rather big order and it was ready for me in less than 5 min. Really appreciated that when we were all pretty hungry. Nice man taking our order. Didn't stay long enough to check out the atmosphere

The chicken tasted like it was sitting in a warmer for 2 days, I guess if you like dried out chicken this is the place for you, I went there two times and same results, not pleased

Very very disappointed I ordered a 12 piece meal with three sides did not get the sides except for the biscuits and when I called and when I called to talk to them about the missing sides, they were defensive and told me they put the sides in there not knowing for sure which order I was was very defensive not very well customer service. We were all hungry and wanted the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese, but did not get them spent $43 for chicken strips and a pot pie. And he hung up on me.

Was a little nervous due to the reviews here, but this is a great KFC, at least from the drive thru perspective. Great service, super nice people, and food was great! Happy to have a KFC so close now.

Too bad there was no cancel option on mobile app and they weren't willing to changed my order just from 2 breast to 2 drumsticks in my 16pc combo order
