Ming's Asian Bistro Reviews
Disappointing! I have ate here for a long time. My potstickers ended up being served cold several times so I decided to get them fried instead. Then they ended up coming to my table black. I then had ate the beef and it was gross and chewy. I switched to orange chicken. I then recieved undercooked and a very small lunch size portion for my dinner. We ordered Door Dash - the sweet and sour shrimp was 85% breading (it filled up a cereal bowl when I pulled it off). The fried rice had no flavor and was also more yellow than I expected. General Tso's Chicken was very gummy and sweet (there was no hear at all).
I used to love mings but, I was sadly disappointed since they reopened. Started off horribly with our table having rice all over it right when we got there and the egg rolls are like half the size they used to be and taste like frozen grocery store egg rolls (they even gave me a little plastic sauce pack for them, that was a first 🤷🏼♂️) the crab Rangoons are now flat like dumplings and taste way different also. Ming's Asian Bistro offers consistently good food, featuring popular dishes like Generals, Kung Pao, and Sesame. While some customers miss the buffet, ordering off the menu remains a great choice. The hot and sour soup and egg rolls are highly recommended, although some reviews mention that egg rolls can be greasy or burned. The restaurant provides a good variety of vegetarian options, with dishes like Budist Delight receiving praise for their flavor. It is spacious for families with children, and parking is ample, ensuring a convenient visit. The restaurant is accessible for wheelchair users.
Recent reviews highlight large servings of cashew chicken and orange chicken, both of which are excellent. However, there are concerns about the quality of chicken dishes, with some customers noting that the meat is not always very good. In contrast, beef dishes like Mongolian beef have received positive feedback for their quality. There is also mention of inconsistency in the sauces, especially between dine-in and takeout orders, which can be frustrating for customers. Despite some mixed experiences, many still find the food flavorful and enjoy the friendly staff. Ming's Asian Bistro continues to attract customers with its tasty dishes and welcoming atmosphere.
