Got the cashew chicken and orange chicken. Nice large servings of each. A bit disproportionate with the dish of rice along with but both were excellent. The cashew chicken was really good even reheated a day or two later. Fried rice was eh but JJs wok has better fried rice.

Very disappointed in the quality and taste of the food. I thought the cost of the food was overpriced. My food tasted like old grease since I had 2 fried items it was not a good flavor.Egg rolls were soaked in oil, and my chicken wings were burned, and fried in old grease.
I won't be going back there anymore. It's a shame this area doesn't have a good Chinese restaurant.

The foods are excellent. The reason for my four-star rating is the inconsistent teste of the food, e.g. the egg drop soup is sometimes salty.

Everything was delicious, fresh and just the right amount of spice. Highly recommend!

Service was quick but not super friendly, no smiles or a heads-up to grab silverware or napkins (no napkins available anyway).
I got the Szechuan chicken in the most mild form and it was inedible due to how spicy it was.
My teriyaki skewers were placed in 2 paper bags which got completely soaked by sauce and ripped open, getting sauce all over the rest of my food, my clothes, and my car (remember the lack of napkins?). The skewers were also fatty upon eating them.
I did enjoy the crab rangoon but it should be noted that they are very sweet.

Was one of the best Chinese food i have had. Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls were crispy. Everything was flavorful. Staff was friendly. I will try them the next time i am in town. Unless they will deliver 3 hours away haha

They wanted 14 bucks for a side order of fried rice. I don't think so

Very unpalatable restaurant. Some dishes are very very salty, some are very very sweet, you must have to rinse them with water before you eat them. No wonder no one eats at mealtime. Will never come again.

Miss the buffet and beautiful murals they had. Their Jasmine tea is good, no bitter/acidic aftertaste.

The orange chicken was the best orange chicken I've ever had. Excellent blend of sweet orange and spicy ginger. Rice was perfectly cooked. The crab rangoons and accompanying sauce was delicious. Would definitely come back again.

I loved Ming's food when I first visited a year ago. Recently, we decided to treat ourselves after being discharged from the ER. We ordered steamed dumplings, crab rangoons, fried rice, and chicken lo mein. Sadly, everything tasted frozen and lacked flavor, despite spending $50 on the meal. The dumpling meat was grainy and tasted old, served in a pool of greasy water that made them soggy. The crab rangoons were worse than Walmart's frozen ones heated up in the microwave. The fried rice was bland with cold peas and carrots. The lo mein was so greasy it resembled soup at the bottom of the plate with raw celery and carrots, leading to a bad eating experience. I got sick later that night almost soon after ingesting. Despite the nice waiter, multiple tables were visibly dirty, even though there were only three customers in the restaurant and workers standing around. So much for celebrating getting out of the ER. Would not recommend, and highly suggest going to Sky sushi in Houghton, MI instead!
