I would recommend ordering online. The evening I ordered online, I was thankful I had done so. There was only one employee working on a Sunday evening, so if I had waited to order, I would have been waiting for my food to go home and bake.
The only employee working was an amazing employee, with a great attitude, especially since he was left to work alone. Hopefully they get him some reliable help soon, he deserves it.

There were several customers who attempted to enter the business while it was supposed to still be open. I called Papa and the young man proudly stated he locked the door a little less than ten minutes early. Either you’re open until 7pm or you should close at 6:30pm if the staff need to clean or whatever. A poor way to run a business.

Literally the nastiest pizza I have ever eaten. I tried the cheese before baking and it was gross, thought maybe if it cooked it would taste different... It tasted just as gross afterwards kinda like a butane taste... The garlic knots were good but the main course was absolutely disgusting. It's after hours so I can't call and let them know but I will be tomorrow 11/12/23.... For $25 and having to cook it myself, it should not be that gross. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We used to get Papa Murphy's in other places where we lived and have always enjoyed it. Fresh baked pizza at home, oh yeah! We have ordered twice from this one, and both times, the crust did not crisp up. First time baked on their baking tray and the next on the tray on a pizza stone that had been preheating for 30+ minutes. I almost feel that the crust recipe used here is different from other Papa's. Disappointing. Doubt if we will be back.
