OMG!!! 78.00 for a medium and a large both 3 toppings that were extremely sparce on sauce and toppings, 1 order of very greasy cheese breadsticks-dinner for two of us. Not tasty at all! Threw leftovers in garbage. Save your money and get frozen pizza from the grocery store. Delivery guy was very pleasant though.

My Wife and I were in for Michigan Tech Graduation and the weather was terrible. So we decided to get a puzza instead of going out for dinner. I ordered a 3 topping large regular style Puzza. First I was shocked when they said $25.60 for 1 3 item puzza!! I decided to go ahead anyway. When I got back to the hotel we opened it up and noticed the toppings and Cheese were scarce at best, and it was overloaded with Sauce. Luckily we don't live up there. First and last time getting a Pizza there!!

I usually don't make a big deal about things but I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and when the delivery driver showed up I said hold on a minute bc I was in the kitchen and would be a sec but as I was walking towards the living room door the delivery driver was opening our living room door and it was so creepy bc I understood he had to have heard me as he stood outside the door 2-3 minutes before coming in. I walked over to him grabbed the pizza and gave him the money he stopped what he was doing for a minute counted what I gave him and said yea thats alright I said ok Thank you and smiled he gave me the rest of my order I went inside closed the door and locked it Then today I ordered a salad they forgot my dressing I called and was like can you drop some dressing off while you're out and about I have no dressing here and she was like if he can and I was like ok I was like he doesn't have to run it upstairs he can just leave it on the porch...point being ...your job is to be a server if I have to beg you for my order or you have to complain to a customer who is tipping you or voicing their concerns about the lack of your work ethic do your job right the first time or you'll be doing it better the second.

This place sits me down with a menu and totally forgets about me! What's happened to this place! I was the only one in the restaurant! I returned the menu to someone at the counter and walked out the door.
We understand it was super busy when we came in, but what I don't understand is it took 30 minutes to be seated, 10 minutes for a drink and appetizer order, and then another 30 minutes to realize we weren't getting our drinks or appetizers and we ended up leaving. We've always had a great experience here, but they were clearly prioritizing the web and call-in orders as since we had gotten there, at least 15 people came in and picked up their orders and left. We wanted to give them our business and wait, but it's hard when the dining room was emptying out, and we still hadn't gotten our drinks.

Be careful when getting your receipt from these guys. They will write in tips and you'll get a charge for it later and then they will ask if you want a "credit" for the amount they stole.
