I loved this coffee place for a long time but with increased pricing and not so friendly staff, I'm starting to turn away from them. I've always loved their non - espresso drinks such as Redbull Iced. Staff were very friendly when it was Steep n Brew, I'm unsure why the staff now seem cold and unapproachable.
They always run out of something in the bakery by midday so make sure to get there early if you want coffee cake.

Not sure if they had trouble hearing us in the drive through but glad they repeated the order back so we could make sure it was right. The barista seemed nice however we will not return. Like previous comments we had 2 large lattes with burnt bad aftertaste disappointed to waste majority of it and $11

Cute place. Didn't think I went in right door at first. It's a gift shop with a coffee shop. We had to wait about 20 minutes. The place was super busy. So we looked around. It was really expensive for a couple lattes. We thought they must be good with the long line and jammed up drive through. But the bitterness of the beans they use just ruined any flavor at all. Tragic but true, McDs would serve a cheaper and better cuppa.

Neat little boutique inside. I got the Iced Miel with an extra shot of espresso, and it was DELICIOUS! I'm a coffee snob, so if was a relief to find this place.
How is there always a line at this place? The parking lot is awful and the coffee is even worse. I gave it a second try after the first coffee was extremely bitter- and go figure the coffee sucks again. It doesn't matter what you order because everything on that menu will taste bitter and burnt. Do not waste your time or money here!

This coffee shop was recommended to me. I was a bit confused because the coffee was hidden in a back corner of a gift shop. I had a sparkling coffee with dark chocolate. It was amazing. Almost like a chocolate soda. UR stands for Urban Rustic.
