We went through the drive thru. There were only two people in front of us - but we sat there trapped for 10-11 minutes. When we got up to the menu they had large or small and latte or Breve - so I ordered a large hot decaf breve. We had to repeat the order and correct the gal 6 times (not an exaggeration). Drove to the window so we could sit there several more minutes. Eventually the gal opened the window and say “I will be with you guys in a while”. No hello. No sorries. No smile. No greeting. Several minutes went by before she came back. I told my husband to leave - he waited. The gal opened the window and said “okay, that will be $5.76” Again, no apologies or anything. She takes our card and hands it back and disappears in silence. A couple of minutes later she come back and opens the window, handing the coffee to my husband and says “there”. This gal does NOT NEED to be working the window. No way at all. We finally get to drive off after about 15-18 minutes in the drive through and guess what? The espressos was HORRIBLE. I bet it sat there the whole time we were in the drive through. What a waste of time and money! Don’t waste yours. I gave a 4 on atmosphere because the building is pretty cool looking - it’s too bad the coffee AND service are atrocious. Hopefully the owner will make some staff changes and teach the employees that kindness when they are busy goes a long way.

Love a little shopping while waiting for coffee and treats. Cute place. Found a dress and a lovely soap to purchase. The coffee and bread was delicious. Short wait and friendly service. Easy parking.

Did the drive thru almost every day while I was on vacation. Their lattes are bold and tastes like coffee first. There is no need to add an extra shot to your flavored drink.

The coffee is always good but the wait is horrible. I’ve never experienced a drive through this slow and it’s only seeming to be getting worse. I once spent 30 minutes waiting on 2 cars during my lunch break and was late getting back to work. Great coffee but bad service.

Not my favorite coffee. Not sure what beans they use but it tastes a bit burnt. I have tried hot and iced lattes here hoping it was and off day but not any better. 😞

Drive-thru was very fast, and the workers were very nice. The only thing is that I couldn’t really taste the syrup and the coffee is really strong (which I like but some don’t)

If u like STRONG coffee, this is your place. They do double shots of Espresso in all their drinks. Plus it has a very pleasant boutique shop to browse while waiting for your coffee.
