This location is the worst and needs new management. Id give it a negative 5 stars. The sub in this picture was made by the assistant manager. When I called the manager had no clue what to do and had to call her dad the owner. Yep I had an attitude with her but I was just matching her energy. There's no way that this is the pre measured amount of meat and if it is every other subway is giving too much meat. Imagine coming home to this sad sandwich and rude customer service. Disappointing to say the least. Maybe the owner shouldn't hire his daughter for management if this is her expectations of good service.

The girl at the counter was wonderful. I asked for a cup for ice since my drink got warm and she was going to give it to me for free but wanted to check with her manager first.. Understandable... But this guy was going to charge me $3 for the cup.. So full drink price.. That's a bit ridiculous.. If you wanted me to pay for the cup value and and extra change as labor that's super understandable and I'm cool with that. But for this guy to sit there and ring me up full price after I said it's just for my warm drink is just a bit mind-boggling. More comical than anything as I've never had that happen before as I go to subway a lot across Michigan. Let's hope this manager can get coached better on customer service. Heck I would rather my $3 went towards a tip towards them then paying for plastic and ice. ?

I give this location 2 stars for how good the food is! The customer service was terrible the red haired young lady was kind and respectful helped me finish my transaction even took a moment to show me about a survey where i could redeem free food the other employee the seemed to be manager was short snippy with customers the minute I walked in a woman who comes to this location all the time and orders the same sandwich asked about it and was abruptly cut off by this woman told that how it's always made the woman tried to explain herself about the situation and the employee continued to over talk her when it was my turn she was short and rude with me and rushed me along I doubt I'll be back

I can't believe the service we received this morning at Subway. Their sign says they open at 8am - Google does too. We arrived at 8:05 and waited, unattended, for several minutes at the counter. A tall, older blonde woman finally came out of the back and rudely barked at us, "I won't be open for another 20 minutes!" and walked away. I wish I could have caught her name, but hope in the off chance that someone from the restaurant reads this review they can go back and see who was on staff the morning shift of 11/1/2019 and reprimand her. No excuse for being rude to customers. All's well that ends well because we received much better service at Taco Bell this morning - we certainly won't attempt to visit this location for a morning sub ever again.
