My bf walked in at 4:45 pm 7/19/25 to pick up a mobile order. The girl at the counter asked one question if it was to pick up a said mobile order. He confirmed it and she picked it up, handed to him, and left without a word to goof off with her friend sitting on the counters in the back. No one should be sitting on counters in food service as it's very unsanitary. She also never handed him the drinks we ordered so we had to grab them from the fridge. They caused an unwelcoming display and uncomfortable/awkward situation. I do not appreciate being given food while someone is sitting on the counter where food is kept. The food was fine but the amount of terrible customer service is disgraceful and disrespectful. We got sick after eating the sandwiches. I'm talking flu/fever type sickness right after eating them. - service was terrible - food was decent until we both got sick - highly unsanitary environment

Hay ib love a good sandwich, but what i don't like is a server/ food make with carp attitude. If you don't like your job or making food stop. I'm so sick of dealing with crappy people and there attitudes. Just be happy you have a job.

Wife and I had a lunch date, we decided on subway because it was close to her work place.The people there were very friendly and courteous and did a great job.The sandwiches were very good and no complaints!!!Service was fast and we were able to eat and wife back to work!!!
