The food at this location is normally great and so is the service. The problem is with whatever manager they have ordering the food. This is the ONLY taco bell that I've been too where they constantly have to tell people they don't have items listed on the menu. They could pay some a part-time position to just change the menu on a daily basis, that's how often they don't have menu items. Please take coffee off your menu, you obviously won't ever have it again, and now its orange juice, then it will be sausage patties... I don't understand why you don't take it off the menu if you don't have it!
Where is customer service? Went through the drive through. The order taker stated they couldn't hear us so we pulled up to the window where he told us he couldn't take our order at the window. Sorry Taco Bell Houghton, you have just lost a customer.

The drive-thru line here is often long, but it moves fast. The service was very friendly. The nacho fries were hot and crisp. Love their value menu. Also, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. is happy hour, medium-sized fountain drinks, and regular sized Freezes drinks are $1 each.

Ordered some nachos around 1:30pm and was promptly given a spoon to eat them with. Confused I went to the counter and asked for a fork and was told they had run out of them and offered a spoon again. I chuckled it off and went back to my seat to eat my food and a little while later these awesome employees come over with a fork in hand! I guess they went and outsourced some forks for the store. Awesome service and smart thinking on their part, I love my local tbell
