Randy was very attentive and did a very good job on making us happy and not waiting on our food for to long. The cheesy bacon waffle fries were to die for!!!
The all you can eat deal was very unorganized! We were charged extra for ranch, I thought it came with sauces. Our poor waitress ran her ass off bringing food on these tiny side plates. Wouldn't order that deal again!

Kendall was splendid and I think it would be beneficial is she was the neighborhood expert of Carside. Everything was perfect. Id like to see her in that area more.
I haven't been to Applebee's since before COVID and I still can't seem to get a good server or one that cares about the customer. I ordered the chicken ceaser salad. Asked to substitute the grilled chicken with the chicken tenders. Which they did just fine. I get the bill and they charged me an extra $4.99 for the tenders. What happened to the chicken that was supposed to be included? I was never informed that there would be an up charge. That is ridiculous! So after a little chat with the manager it was taken off the bill. So it will probably be another 5 years before I go back.
Emma was the most amazing waitress. She has the sweetest personality and is so bubbly and fun. The food and customer service is amazing!!!

This place is amazing. Fast service, clean building, and very nice staff. They listen and are very polite. Will be coming again!
Way too crowded with t.v and jukebox playing! Definitely had a hard time hearing each other!
In reference to the burgers at this location, they are surprisingly really good in my opinion! Definitely taste handmade and not a frozen patty. They are tender, juicy, and seasoned well, not overly salty like some places.
They have improved clothes in the last couple years.
