The Smoke House Brisket meal. It was so flavorful and delicious. The fries was hot everyone working af the Arby’s was in a great mood. Made me think back to the good days of The Chicken Cordon Blu. Nice music playing. Great experience indeed!

Went to get food after work, and instead of the employee telling me he was unable to hear me he screamed “WHAT!” At me, I was so in disbelief I stopped for a second then drove away, how completely rude and disrespectful; still in disbelief.

I have always enjoyed Arby's for their roast beef. Today I ordered 2 Super Arby's sandwiches at their Howell, MI location. They were both well made, not smashed all to hell, enough toppings and sauce. I appreciated how these were made and wrapped. The fries were also hot and fresh along with the customer service I received. Great job, Howell Arby's...!!!
My boys and I came here to eat lunch. Angela was so nice to us and the palace was clean and decorated so cute for Easter!

I was personally having a hard time. The manager noticed and approached me. We talked for a few mins, and he was very kind and understanding. He did not need to take time out of his day to talk to me, yet he did. I am very appreciative of his kind gesture. The staff was also very sweet. And of course, the food is always great. I would highly recommend this arbys not only for the food but mostly for the genuine compassion that the folks working there have shown.
