I stopped by the Back Road Bake Shed this morning to pick up a cake I ordered for my son’s birthday. Somehow there was a miscommunication about the pickup date and the cake was not ready when I arrived. The owner SPRUNG into action and made my cake in less then 30 minutes. Because of my wait she gave me a much larger cake to rectify the issue. Now THIS is customer service! I needed some cookies fast for a party last minute and shad an idea of what I wanted. She did an amazing job! They were soo perfect and OMG they tasted amazing! Hands down the best cut out cookie I’ve ever had!! Will def be ordering more.
