Stopped on my way back to work after an AWFUL experience with another BR (Hartland) Both staff I talked to were friendly and happy, it was fast and fresh and made up for my melting ice cream disaster at the other location. I will definitely go out of my way to stop here in the future :) Thanks to the team working 4/24/25 around 12:15 or so!

They evidently hire from the bottom of the barrel here. You don’t even have to go inside. The offensive bumper stickers on the employees cars are enough to tell you these people suck.

Ordered ice cream amd didn't get our bananas on the banana splits. Didn't get the right ice cream and no whipped and cherries. We were charged for things we didn't get. Very disappointed.
Order was not made correctly and the location was out of a lot of flavors. I went through the drive-thru and the customer service specialist taking the order was not very friendly. It was over $16 for a shake and sundae, which was pretty small for a 2-scoop.

HelloOrdered ice cream 2 scoops butter pecan with chopped nuts in a cup. Waited 20 minutes via drive through. They tried to get me to pay twice. Got home and no chopped nuts but what was worse was a long hair in the bottom of the cup. My end of trips to Baskin Robbins.

This specific store is in my top 3 worst restaurants I've ever been to. Yes, it truly is that bad. They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS out of everything I want to order. Every. Single. Time. I have actually preprogrammed myself to expect their greeting to be, "unfortunately, we are out of that item tonight." Their manager has to be one of the worst in the entire industry, because their ability to maintain healthy inventory levels must be 0%.Someone needs to hold this store accountable. It's just unnacceptable to keep this going for the entire time I've moved to Howell.

I have never been to a Baskin Robbins that hardly has any ice cream. The last month I have went to get ice cream 1-2 times a week and they only have a handful of flavors!! They literally didn’t have vanilla tonight!!!!!! How do you not have vanilla ice cream!!! This is definitely the worst Baskin Robbins ever I will go to a gas station for ice cream before coming back here. I will say the employees try their best to make you happy but without ice cream it’s hard to do their job!
