I work close so I come alot in the morning and this is my favorite biggby I've been to in Michigan- and I've been too alot of them. They take the time to remember my name, it's always fast service, food is always excellent when I get it and the atmosphere though it may be small is not lacking! Shoutout to Karla/Carla for being so welcoming from day one!!

The coffee is usually always pretty good but I find it nasty that the lady in the drive through window was eating a bagel while handling my order… just kinda gross to me especially since I’ve worked at a coffee shop before that’s def not something professional or that an owner would want a customer seeing… it made me worry that she had cream cheese on her fingers or food crumbs that she was getting on my cup since she clearly wasn’t washing her hands since I watched...

You can walk in and drink your beverage in cozy chairs, and it's clean and welcoming. We miss the old coffee house gathering places since Covid turned many places to drive through only. There is something soothing to be able to take in the coffee bean aroma and interact with the friendly staff. The coffee was not bitter or nasty from sitting on a burner too long.
