5 ⭐ all day! 😋 My daughters burger was perfect! The Big Block meal is VERY MUCH worth the price for a large group!
You simply will not find higher quality beer than what Block Brewing has to offer. I'd put their beers up against any brewery in the state. Pizza was great, BBQ was average. Major props to the master/head brewer, Brad Jonckheere.
Block Brewing Company's lineup of craft beers is incredible! From the smooth caramel notes in 'Alias Amber' to the bold citrusy punch of 'Blood Red Orange IPA,' there's something for every beer lover. 🍺🍺🍺Cheers to great brewing!
Aggressively Average. I ordered smoked wings as an appetizer and they were the peak of the meal- everything else was downhill. The pizza was ok- pretty typical wood fired pizza. The baby back ribs were just ok with how they were cooked but their seasoning was tasty. Lastly, the brisket…. Wow was it bad. It was tough, seasoned poorly, and just not worth the $24.
Ribs very dry and too much rub
Green beans cold
Wouldn’t recommend.
I love their nachos. ?
Expansive beer list and tasty, reasonably priced pizza. When I move towards Howell in the next couple of years you better believe I'll be a part of their mug club.
Blockout Stout and Shower Beer were both delicious. Kylie was a fantastic bartender too!
Abbegayle was AWESOME! We came in fir a birthday party, and she handled out larger party seamlessly! Block Party was great, and molten lava for desert.
Kayla was our bartender and she was awesome! I had never been there before and she made the experience great. I ordered the Mac n Cheese and I will be back!

When a rider takes you to Howell, you look for breweries & be glad you carry howlers/growlers, just in case.
An impressively big building. In smaller towns I often wonder how well a craft brewery will do. Apparently, quite well here.
Lots of wood, smooth concrete floor, decently lit, full bar and friendly people. Despite the size, it feels almost cozy. Not echo-y, not barn-like.
7 big screens to watch sports, et al, hang over the bar. A large covered outdoor seating area, too.
I sampled several to figure out the 3 to fill my howlers.
The range of beers on tap is impressively broad: pilsners, wheats, browns, sours, porters, stouts including Imperial. You won't want for a good choice. They even have a pickle beer (in cans).
Another example of "I wish they were closer to my home".
Howlers (32 oz) are a bit pricey, though. $42 for 96 oz of beer? Oof.

Terrible experience! We were seated and waited 20 minutes with no service. Wasn’t busy so no reason. Ended up leaving. On a high note went to Red Robin, excellent service great food.
Awesome staff, great service, good beer and food
Stopped in and had Blockout Stout, smoked brisket, block fries and a salad. Awesome, as always! Still the best
First time at Block Brewery in Howell , it was great! :-)
Hailey our server was very friendly & attentive!
Block Fries, Burgers & BBQ chopped salad were very good! Thank you to the chefs!
ORE creek cider & the Pumpkin Head Ale was absolutely tasty too!
Environment was very relaxing, lots of TVs & the outdoor patio is very nice.
We will definitely be back!
We always have a great time at Block Brewing.
