it was take out so no atmosphere. my order got misplaced and their cook went the extra mile to make it right. food was excellent

Took the family there for our monthly gathering. Everyone enjoyed the food and calm atmosphere. We were able to talk without issue and enjoy the meal (not noisy at all). The waitress was very polite, and the food was served promptly. This is a good place to eat, folks!

We ordered with the app and that was good, the service was good, food was done on time and brought to the car. But the presentation and serving sizes were horrible. I got steak tips and mashed potatoes and my husband got the pot roast. We won’t be ordering again. However, the taste was good. Serving size for the money it's bad, for a dinner portion, I mean look at the picture, mine is 50% empty and my husband’s is 50% nasty reheated carrots. Are mashed potatoes so expensive you can’t give more than a half cup portion Bob Evans?

With the surge in fast food burger prices I have taken another look at Bob Es. Similar price for a burger and fries but a much better burger

They short change me on hash browns in the everything breakfast and the sausage made my stomach very queasy, plus the turtle cheesecake was not fresh and that bothered my stomach as well. They were rushing me to eat and get out.
Terrible breakfast. Sausage patties were burnt black. Ham tasted oily and bad. Way over priced!

Let me start by saying, normally, when we go here, everything is great. We went this year, 2024, for Thanksgiving. Our food would have been good had it been hot, but, it was barely even warm. This is probably because we did have the best of servers and our food probably sat for a good 15 minutes before it was brought out to our table. The manager was very nice and took 1 of the dinners off our bill for our dissatisfaction. We will go back, but hopefully we don't get the same server.

Our waitress Olivia at the Howell location was just the absolute best. She was very kind, interacted with us and was one of the best waitresses my friend and I have had in a very long time. What a great hire. Because of HER and your great food we'll be back much more often.
