Drive through took forever over 10 minutes and there was one vehicle in front of me. Decided to eat something quick n easy, food was cold, I asked why the long wait and saw everyone playing around inside. I won’t ever go back.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Everything came out as ordered, hot, and fresh. The staff was super friendly. It's refreshing to find a fast food location in which the employees act like they want to be at work. You Rule!

Sitting here on my way home from work. Getting ready to buy $100 plus dollars worth of Burger King for my family and not only do they have one of the drive-ins closed but the other one was malfunctioning so badly that the guy made me wait for over 5 minutes with six or seven cars piling up behind me. And when I asked if everything was okay he mumbled on her his breath. I told you one minute I already said that before. Worst experience ever at any restaurant.

I've been to two burger kings in the past couple weeks, once they doubled my order then I waited 15 minutes in line for the order finally told them to cancel the order. Now I ordered 10 minutes before I arrived then waited in the drive thru for over 15-20 minutes. Corporate has to intervene and figure out what the problem is or I can't see burger king staying in business much longer, sad

Waited 15 mins in Drive Thru- JUST to ORDER. Waited ANOTHER 15 mins for FOOD. Food was HOT & made fresh, but IF U NEED A JOB, this BK needs EMPLOYEES!!

Dude I’m so pissed off. Last time. I ordered a double whopper 5 days ago, they gave me a single. I called, they fixed it, etc. I just got back, right now, got a double… came home… what do ya think I got?

At this point, this isn’t an accident. There’s no way. Yall are totally messing with me, and I don’t know why. Like. The way the world is at it stands… come on dude. Twice? Really???

The ketchup dispenser in the lobby is filled with separated ketchup bags. If it is full, it's really runny. If it's close to empty, it is incredibly thick/chunky. It's unusable and could be fixed if they shake/mix the bags before inserting them in the dispenser. This is a commonly known problem among regulars and such a simple fix. I let a manager know. She said it hasn't been like that, she just changed the bag... basically didn't understand a word I said.
