Dude I’m so pissed off. Last time. I ordered a double whopper 5 days ago, they gave me a single. I called, they fixed it, etc. I just got back, right now, got a double… came home… what do ya think I got?
At this point, this isn’t an accident. There’s no way. Yall are totally messing with me, and I don’t know why. Like. The way the world is at it stands… come on dude. Twice? Really???
The ketchup dispenser in the lobby is filled with separated ketchup bags. If it is full, it's really runny. If it's close to empty, it is incredibly thick/chunky. It's unusable and could be fixed if they shake/mix the bags before inserting them in the dispenser. This is a commonly known problem among regulars and such a simple fix. I let a manager know. She said it hasn't been like that, she just changed the bag... basically didn't understand a word I said.
The older gentleman working here is kind, thank you! The food was good and the restaurant clean.
They always do me right
Inexcusable service sat in there drive thru for 20 minutes at the speaker. Gal just kept saying I'll be right with you. If there is an issue say so people have things to do. I'm the idiot you got today but I won't go back after that. Been previous bad experiences with missing items. Go to McDonald's
Manager has long hair to middle of back and not put up at all. This is unacceptable and unsanitary.
The understaffed crew exceeds expectations.
Incompetence knows no bounds at this King!
I had a chicken sandwich on Sunday night and I ended up throwing up and feeling weak on Monday. I called BK and they gave me the number to the corporate office and then it was turned over to Liberty Mutual insurance. I owed 2800.00 after my health insurance coverage and that’s all I asked for. I remember throwing up dark green fluid and luckily for my Henry ford nurses came to my rescue in the parking lot of the hospital.
Liberty mutual NEVER calls me back and I shared all of my medical records with Henry Ford Hospital. The denied my claim. That is a terrible experience to be sick from food poisoning. If you ever have this problem please make sure the hospital documents everything. I was treated for sepsis and released after a week in the hospital. Burger King wanted proof of purchase and luckily I used my Chase debit card. It showed the exact location and dollar amount along with the exact time. I reached out to BK corporate and they only would’ve helped if I used the app to purchase the food. Which I did not. I seriously doubt BK will do anything after my review. Please be aware of companies that do not take food poisoning seriously. Especially after I was in the hospital for a week. Fast food has gone up in price and the quality could be better for what we spend. I have never experienced this before. But knowing all of the people involved the only one that was caring and compassionate was the store manager. Liberty mutual is terrible I bob a supervisor promised to call me back. He is a liar and so is the corporate headquarters that does not follow up after bob spoke to them to see if they would like to offer something. Silence is golden. Meaning the companies involved do not care.
This place is okay. Feel like they've maybe given up. Really missed the signature BK char broiled flavor. Whopper Jr is certainly no whopper in size. Disappointed.
Restaurantji Recommends
They forgot my spicy chicken sandwich ,I was really looking forward to it ,but I was home before I realized and can't drive back,so very sad I'm glad I ordered a wapper junior also so I didn't starve but pretty sad
The service was just okay.
Had to ask for several items.
That we're not included in the package it should have been such as condiments.
Didn't put enough lettuce on my chicken sandwich.
Quick friendly service, but way too much salt on the fries.
Gooderer
Short staffed
Very long wait times
Not workers fault. They all work so hard on what little support they are given
