Very clean little restaurant. I dont know if there is dining during specific hours but i just picked up my order. I had mushroom egg foo young which was very good. The vegy fried rice had good vegetables and wasnt greasy but it had good flavor. I also had mixed vegetabkles in brown sauce. You could actually taste the carrots. Very good.

Outstanding meal. Huge portions, and so fresh! Even after we had it home for a while, it was surprisingly hot. Even their packaging is meticulous. Highly recommended!
Vegetarian options: Nice selection and vegetable-only or tofu (bean curd) choices, both for main entree and soup.
Parking: Strip mall parking at the end that's rarely busy.

So I have lived in the area for a little over 10 years. I’m not entirely sure if they are under new ownership or ? Whatever the case is!This use to be my go to. Then the food quality went down and things shifted (5 years ago) I ended up choosing a different restaurant for food. Tonight our favorite was closed and we tried China Best again… and all I can say is WOW!!! Amazing!!!! The Egg roll… legit the best ever. The food is delicious and so appetizing. I couldn’t be happier!!! We always do Chinese Christmas Eve.. so glad we went with you guys!!! Thank you. ☺️
