Drove 25 minutes. Says open till 8 walked in at 7:45 and the ice cream portion is already closed, but you could get Tim Hortons. But we always close the ice cream down early. Maybe fix your hours.

All flavors of Ice cream are way too soft. When they it mix up you get a bowl of soupy mess. Asked the worker if the freezer isn’t working, that the ice is way to soft and her reply was “it’s always like that and not working right and we tell the owner and he does nothing about it”. We won’t be coming back for runny soupy ice cream that cost that much.

Drove 33 minutes to get their ice cream it’s the closest to me. Got there at 720 they were already cleaning up like it was closing time. Terrible look for a business stop letting your employees do that. And they were out of half the flavors. One of the employees was rude. Some of the ice creams were melted. I’ll drive 45 minutes to go to another one from now on. They also don’t do the holiday specials.

I got my fave ice cream cake batter with Reese cups and the girls working were so nice. I decided to go in a normal time and not 5 minutes before closing like a lot of people that left reviews seem to do. I don’t know maybe that’s why my experience was good.

Believe what you read. My husband just attempted to get Cold Stone at 7:56pm tonight. The girl at the counter promptly told him, “they were closing in 4 minutes and could not serve him and to have a good night.” Very sad that they are allowed to continue this practice. Selling product you advertise is what you’re there for, especially during regular business hours.

Should be called Tim hortons and ice cream. For some reason it says Coldstone Creamery but you cant log in, accumulate, or use your coldstone points. Oh wait you have a gift card for coldstone creamery, odd thats he sign on our door but no we dont except those either. Heard bad things about this location from word of mouth as well as the reviews but made the mistake of finding out for myself. Ya live and ya learn....to not go here. They have only had one review in the past year that was above a one star, that summarizes it much better.

Walked in at 7:48, they said that they were closing down for the night. The person behind the counter asked if they were still able to make it, at which point a girl said the block stops at 10 minutes to close, everything else at 8pm.
Bad score due to lack of service, did not get ice cream. Got out of an event and drove by Cold Stone to grab some ice cream with my family. When we walked in at 7:54PM, the two girls at the counter asked if we were there for ice cream. After I replied that yes we were, one of the girls told me they could not serve us due to closing in 5 minutes and to have a good night. From my understanding, if you close in 5 minutes, then you should serve customers until closing. Not a good experience.

Online it says they close at 8… they wouldn’t let us order ice cream at 7:45. Said they were closed. Every time we go in everyone behind the counter looks miserable and they’re never pleasant. Disappointing place.

I looked online and it said they accept gift cards. I walked inside and waited 15 minutes just to ask if they accept gift cards and they said no terrible customer service horrible the worst I’ve ever seen. I’m very disappointed because it says that they take gift cards, but apparently they don’t. They should update it online then if they apparently don’t, what am I supposed to do with my gift card?
