Today saw the bartender, Amber, yelling at a teen working carry out. It was embarrassing to see someone treating a teenager that is actually working that way. Kind of gave the whole dinner a bad taste.

Came earlier this week with my friend and had a great time, so I brought my husband back tonight for dinner. No wait but it was packed, incredibly loud. We were sat basically in the window room, it was VERY cold in there, I wore my husband's coat on my legs to keep warm. Appetizer was good, soup was great. Husband got the seafood and veggie pasta, the shrimps still had tails on them, and the scallops still had the feet on them(pictured), which if you like or know anything about scallops, those should be removed before preparing and serving, and if that wasn't bad enough, the scallops were rubbery. My pizza was fine, overall a very disappointing experience, not sure we will be back.

After 45 minutes of waiting for a carry out order they still hadn’t made it. I asked for my money back, they offered no apology or offer to compensate for their mistake. The food is already overpriced but this was unacceptable, I will never be eating here again.

It's so loud it's hard to have a conversation. That's my only complaint

This place is deceptive. The atmosphere is great. There are good drinks and games. The service is fine. The food, however, is really bad. I would like to think that we just had bad luck and everyone else had great meals, but everyone at our table was disappointed. I had the penne pasta with cream pesto sauce and added mushrooms. The noodles had a sauce. I’m not sure what it was. There was no taste. No salt. Nothing. Dried basil dust was sprinkled on top. My God, if they just used fresh basil and blended it with cheese and oil… no complaints from me. It would have been a wonderful experience. I honestly don’t know how people can open a restaurant and just dust dried spices on food. My son had two meatballs with pasta and tomato sauce. Again, no salt. What gives? When you go to a restaurant you usually have too much butter and salt. Not here. No flavor and mealy meatballs that were probably frozen. The pizza was soggy with vegetables drowning under the cheese. The chicken parmesan was a Thanksgiving turkey on bread with red sauce that lacked salt - way too big and no flavor. We also had a side of potatoes. These were dry as dry can be. We didn’t complain. We paid our bill. People clearly love this place. It could be sooooo much better with a little salt and fresh herbs.

Always an amazing experience! Games available and ice cream. Portions on the sandwiches are amazing but pasta is small. Service is always very friendly and bathrooms always clean. Bread basket is such a great value for the price too!

On Sept 12 2024 we had a rehearsal dinner scheduled. I had spoken with Peter the manager and staff several times about the event. I was told by the manager (Peter) the room wo7ld be ready anytime the day of event for set up.. When I arrived 2 hours before dinner the room was dirty tables dirty, windows dirty, workers outside vaping, bakers racks in the room dead fly’s in the windows..no manager available . I asked bartender for a cleaner she handed me a rag and cleaning solution.We cleaned as quickly as possible and decorated. Told the manager I wasn’t happy but hoped service and food better. We had one waitress gwen. She did her best and was sweet but couldn’t keep up alone.. also there was an issue with the bar tab it was arranged ahead of time that it was a cash bar however waitress was not informed. I brought this to peters attention but he said he did tell waitress. It put me in a very awkward situation with the guests.Peter also brought someone into our event to see the room for future rental, after we cleaned and decorated. We had a party of 30 and only 24 chairs had to ask to have outside area cleaned to accommodate. After we ate plates were left due to no one bussing so I asked for someone to please clear dishes. The food was average and lukewarm. I would NEVER host another event here, the Manager left before we were to pay the bill so I couldn’t speak with him He was very unconcerned about our issues throughout the evening.So very disappointed for the married couple😡
