The customer service was friendly and efficient, and checkout was incredibly fast. They even offer a discount for paying cash, which was a nice surprise. “I stopped by the Back Road Bake Shed this morning to pick up a cake I ordered for my son’s birthday. Somehow there was a miscommunication about the pickup date and the cake was not ready when I arrived. The owner SPRUNG into action and made my cake in less then 30 minutes. Because of my wait she gave me a much larger cake to rectify the issue. Now THIS is customer service! We finally got a chance to taste the cake, and let’s just say this… saying it tastes AMAZING is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Absolutely phenomenal bakery with a fantastic owner/staff. A MUST try!“
