I didn't catch the employee's name, but December 22nd, my husband and I came in to get a cake for our daughter's 1st heavenly birthday. She passed away the day after she was born and we were wanting to do a little celebration. We didn't realize they were closing for the holiday weeks and her birthday is December 31st. I asked if they had time to make a cake or decorate a blank one and the guy working was so kind and took a few minutes to decorate a pre-made blank cake. I felt bad cause I was little scatter brained having to decide what we wanted right then and there, but he helped me and it was so beautiful and perfect. Thank you for helping us have that special day!

Been to many Dairy Queens in the area and the Howell one by far has the friendliest staff!!! Staff somehow missed one of our items in our order but then made the freeze free of charge. Very impressed with all of the staff at the Howell location.

Staff is friendly and fast! They are also often open later than most restaurants downtown so it's great for a late evening chilli dog snack. There's a bathroom for customers, some seating inside, and some outside. There's also a window on the side of the building to order from if you have your dog and can't come in!
