This is supposed to be a buffalo chicken sandwich... It looks more like a cheese and buffalo sauce sandwich to me... with 4 very small pieces of chicken...

The food was good… once we finally received the order. I went to pick a few pizzas up for my mother and upon pick up, there was confusion. They then proceeded to make a phone call about the wrong order going out, then went back to making pizzas. No communication the entire time. I learned my order went to the wrong individual and was my order was being remade. I was not communicated to this entire time. Customer service was poor

They need more drivers. Waited so long to deliver the pizza it looks like crap. The driver was nice to me.

I'm in the hospital and ordered pizza. The Pizza was a bit overcooked but it is eatible. The issue is that while the pizza and cinnamon bread made it, the garlic sauce, icing, and orange pop didn't. The nurses station told me they were told that those items would be credited back to my card by the driver, but I didn't hear anything about the 25% tip I left. If the driver left the items behind, which is what I heard happened, then it seems like he should have credited that back to. Since I can't be there to tip in cash, the only other choice left is to not tip at all in the feature if I can check the order.

We enjoyed our pizza but we were disappointed that they discontinued the free anytime pizza without any notice!
16 bucks, for one 12inch peperoni and I had to pick it up and they asked for a tip. what a rip off.

The attitude of this store is unacceptable, as I was picking up a order for my husband I was waiting and simply heard a loud obxious laugh from the men talking about disrespectful things about women and much more.. I shouldn't have to hear such vulgar language out of the male workers while I wait for my order.
I don't recommend ordering from here if you want nice customer service...they all seem miserable to work there is the first place..

Even though I didn't get my garlic sauce I still give this delivery a solid 10. Tried some different from my norm and they were hot and delicious. I was just amazed how perfect it really was. Thank you all who worked Thursday around 10:30p.m. it was good.
