The food was good… once we finally received the order. I went to pick a few pizzas up for my mother and upon pick up, there was confusion. They then proceeded to make a phone call about the wrong order going out, then went back to making pizzas. No communication the entire time. I learned my order went to the wrong individual and was my order was being remade. I was not communicated to this entire time. Customer service was poor

They need more drivers. Waited so long to deliver the pizza it looks like crap. The driver was nice to me.

I'm in the hospital and ordered pizza. The Pizza was a bit overcooked but it is eatible. The issue is that while the pizza and cinnamon bread made it, the garlic sauce, icing, and orange pop didn't. The nurses station told me they were told that those items would be credited back to my card by the driver, but I didn't hear anything about the 25% tip I left. If the driver left the items behind, which is what I heard happened, then it seems like he should have credited that back to. Since I can't be there to tip in cash, the only other choice left is to not tip at all in the feature if I can check the order.

We enjoyed our pizza but we were disappointed that they discontinued the free anytime pizza without any notice!

The attitude of this store is unacceptable, as I was picking up a order for my husband I was waiting and simply heard a loud obxious laugh from the men talking about disrespectful things about women and much more.. I shouldn't have to hear such vulgar language out of the male workers while I wait for my order.
I don't recommend ordering from here if you want nice customer service...they all seem miserable to work there is the first place..

Even though I didn't get my garlic sauce I still give this delivery a solid 10. Tried some different from my norm and they were hot and delicious. I was just amazed how perfect it really was. Thank you all who worked Thursday around 10:30p.m. it was good.

Spent $70 on Pizza and breadsticks for my family tonight. Ordered online asked for no onions got back home. Had a ton of onions on the pizza. I called this location, explained what the problem was, The manager, if you would call him that tells me that we can either have it replaced or a credit for the pizza there was no sorry there was no I apologize for that….. Guy who claims he was the manager was total jerk with no customer service skills. No apology…no communication…or problem solving… I have no idea if you don’t like your job, it’s obvious you need to quit because it really is going to affect the business. I first asked for the pizza to be remade the next time I would place an order but then when I was thinking about it for how I was treated, I just asked for credit because I won’t be coming back.

I have had my share of bad experiences here. My kids wanted to try it and once again it was the worst pizza and completely the wrong pizza at that. They will not give a refund but another credit for pizza. No thanx I wouldn't Evan waste my time with it being free

My husband and I needed an easy dinner, so we tried Domino's on Latson Road. He loved the NY style pizza and bread bites, and I had a really tasty cauliflower crust pizza.
Dietary restrictions: They have a cauliflower crust that works for gluten-free, and I got mine without cheese to avoid dairy. There was no sacrifice on flavor. It was really good!
