Dough creations has a wide variety of delicious baked goods and has a super friendly staff! I love going there to get bagels on a weekend morning and one of their giant cinnamon rolls. This is more of a stop and shop rather than a sit down cafe. So it’s great for takeout to eat at home!

I went out of my way to go to Dough Creations because it’s a good day when you start your day with doughnuts. I go for my kids and family. It’s a special moment when you have their doughnuts at breakfast. One time I went there and did not realize it was closed. A bad day for us. Another time I was too late and the doughnuts were sold out. Therefore I worked out all the kinks and I knew today was the special day I would bring home sake doughnuts for the family.
I left plenty early at 7:30 am and let everyone sleeping in their comfy beds. When I arrived at 7:38 a young man said “we can’t sell doughnuts because we have to fill a large order first “. In my head I knew if i came back all the doughnuts would be gone so I didn’t know what to do. I was horrified shocked and very sad. So I said why do you fill an inline order before an actual customer who sent out of her way to be here ? He said that’s how we do it. It’s a $700 order and they ordered at 1 am. Basically they were first. I asked him can you make more and he said he gets them from another store and they are shipped. A lady in the store said something to help me and he answered her. So I said can I get six doughnut.? I wanted 12 and he said he would take care of me. Dough Creations I would never cone back if I left without doughnuts. You need to do better. It has become hit or miss service each time I go in. There maybe doughnuts, it may be closed or now you may not get served despite them being opened because a large order is more important than me. Come up with plan for those large orders. That boy saved the day but you should be ashamed doing business like this. If you’re taking online orders that large then close your shop and be an online store. Don’t pretend to be opened and not serve us. How can I hear that from this young boy he cannot serve doughnuts to anyone for awhile. What’s awhile. How long is that. You got a bad review because of this experience.
