Sunday the 28th, the Manager or whoever was in charge was very rude and talking down to the other staff, so I decided against ordering. She was a short blonde woman, and her attitude did not make the environment better or the efficiency.

This is a Duncan in a gas station so atmosphere is okay. There is no sitting or staying as this is a grab n go Duncan. The staff was pleasant and the food was done well.

I'm shocked to see negative reviews here..... My fiance and I have boycotted Dunkin because of how BAD the service is at the Novi/Farmington Hills locations. This one here is newer and we both geek out over how good the wake up wraps are. Most companies just throw stuff together and wrap it leaving you to have to put it together. These employees seem to care and take their time. I will say, we usually go around 10-11 so not a rush hour by no means but no complaints here!

My family orders food frequently from this location. 3/5 times that we go, our order is either missing or has incorrect items. Today I got home and was missing a sandwich and hash brown. We order through the app so it’s all written down for them, so it can’t be a communication issue.
They generally fix the issues without complaint, but I live about 5 miles from the location and I’m just tired of constantly returning to have my order corrected. I would suggest going elsewhere for breakfast.

Rude service. I ordered a macchiato with oat milk and the young boy taking my order rolled his eyes. He rang up my order right and then immediately made my drink with dairy milk. He was laughing and joking with the other workers, it seemed he didn’t make a mistake and did it intentionally. If it upsets you that some people are lactose intolerant or prefer alternative milk, get a different job maybe.
