I just wanna know why there’s like 2 inches of coffee and the rest taste/feels like a frozen coffee with cold foam as well???? Completely not what I ordered and this happens often I get the same few drinks and they come out different every time. Seems like workers may need in-depth training and no it’s not “melted”.

I am exhausted with the incompetence on daily basis! I ordered a everything bagel, not toasted, butter and double cream cheese on the side. I received a untrusted bagel, butter and ZERO CREAM CHEESE!!! Although asked for double, I received NONE!!! I know this may trivial to some people but I work 11 hours today and can't leave for food! So umm thanks for nothing....

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and small selection of groceries.
first of all - i have always been satisfied with my order from this dunkin!!! i’ve started coming here pretty regularly this fall; it’s typically quick and my order is always correct and delicious. whenever i go through the drive through the workers are kind! i do think that there should be a few more because it seems like there’s always only one or two people working.tonight the young man at the drive through was super sweet! i always do online ordering and it turned out they were out of the strawberry donut i ordered but he was super kind and actually upgraded my order. that was not expected but so appreciated!

I just got charged full price for my order because the worker scanned my pay app before my coupon. Than lost my coupon for my free drink. Very irritated.
Please hire more staff. This morning only two people were working and they seemed very stressed.. I felt so bad. Connor did a great job!

Went through the drive through. Took order fine but got to the window and the girl had the wrong ice coffee, I told her what I ordered and she immediately was rude and snotty with a terrible attitude. I’ve been here a few times and never left a review before giving them a chance as it is a newer location but enough is enough. Every time I go, they can’t seem to get my simple vanilla ice coffee with a shot of espresso right.

This location says it is open at 5am but I have been there a few times within 15 minutes of opening and no one will help me or acknowledge that I'm sitting in the drive thru in which I've waited from 3 to 5 minutes each time, it's just a waste of time.
