ok so i like the donuts. but im getting rlly sick of my coffee orders always being messed up. today i asked for a latte. i got a macchiato. macchiatos are too bitter for me. the other day i asked for sugar in my iced coffee. nah, it was very dark. also imo the service is kinda slow but again this is all my opinion and my experiences.
I visited Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins today. Let’s start out on a good note, the place smells absolutely amazing! Now obviously their ice cream was spectacular and their Donuts couldn’t be better. Unfortunately, the last couple times I visited customer service was completely lacking and the store always seems dirty. Awesome little spot, food is top notch, and they go out of their way, above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order. I love this Dunkin, and can always count on great food and awesome service here!!!!
