I have been meaning to stop here for awhile but keeping forgetting due to it's out-of-the-way location. I'm disappointed in myself for waiting so long. The broth will soothe your soul! I had the tiger shrimp in coconut red curry broth. It was wonderful....legit changed my mood. Will definitely be making this a regular stop.

Amazing, delicious Asian food, tucked away in Howell. I got the pork boa bun, pork dumplings and the Korean short rib ramen and honestly everything tasted unreal good. But my favorite part was the sauces. ALL the sauces I tried (4 total) were really good. I’m going back without a doubt.

Best Ramen for miles around the area!The staff are welcoming and inviting the atmosphere is a vibe and the food is even better than imagined.Get the Braised Shortrib Birria it was recommended and did not disappoint! Cant go wrong with Electric Ramen. Arrive hungry and leave happy!

Chaotic “Chaos Theory”
So as far as the food goes it was pretty good. However, my wife and I sat and watched the workers in the open kitchen concept they have set up. Multiple times did we watch the cooks touch objects like the phone, or the fridge doors with their gloves on. Then proceeded to touch food, noodles and toppings... The purpose of gloves is obvious failing to use them properly is unacceptable. I expect better than that when running a restaurant. Let me make sure you understand. We watched all three staff touch the phone. The male in a Grey hat, the female handling noodles, and the male with the black hat. Your packaging station staff was the gentleman in the blackhat. This was the only staff member consistent with changing their gloves. We apparently pay far better attention to cleanliness than you did.

Wonderful food and excellent service. We had the special Dan Dan noodles and the maple duck bowl. Both were fantastic. Big portions and extremely flavorful noodles and broth. If you are on the fence about coming to this place you owe it to yourself to at least give this place a try.

I went to electric ramen when it first opened and it was great. So when a friend asked about it I jumped at the opportunity to go again and have someone else experience it. First we walked into the restaurant and the girl who took our order was EXTREMELY RUDE. we ordered. I got pad Thai with light to no chili flakes. And my friend got the #1 and pot stickers. My food had absolutely no flavor besides A TON OF CHILI FLAKES which made it almost impossible to eat. But absolutely no flavor other than that. It also only had two-three pieces of chicken in it. My friends pot stickers are HARD not at all how they should be. His ramen was tasteless and they forgot to put the egg in the ramen so gave him a cold egg on the side. The whole experience was just bad and honestly depressing. The service was horrible and rude. The food was awful. I felt bad even recommending going based off the last time I had gone.

I had to pull my phone out mid meal! The Korean BBQ program belly is amazing! I have never had a broth so full of flavor ( the Thai sweet chili). Any time I am in the area I will be stopping in!
