Ordered Mostaccioli 4/2 special with Greek salad and requested marinara sauce instead of meat sauce and added mushroom. This is important since I’m vegetarian. I got meat sauce and no mushrooms. Went back to get what I ordered. Got marinara sauce and mushroom, but all the noodles were undercooked and some even had some crunch still, the mushrooms seemed completely uncooked. The breadsticks that came with the order were also more like bread twigs, literally a 1/4th the size they usually are. The manager did give a refund and apologized which was nice. That being said, this location has gone down hill fast. I’ve had repeat issues the last few times I’ve come here and will no longer be returning unfortunately.

We ordered the lasagna dinner for 2 and a second larger uncooked “cold “ lasagna for an upcoming family dinner. The salad and bread sticks were fantastic and delicious unfortunately they didn’t give us the ready to eat lasagna and when we called the girl who answered didn’t even let me finish explaining the issue before she brushed me off and hung up. I grew up in Livingston county and was so excited to have an old favorite..sadly the experience was so disappointing due to poor service and a poor attitude. Won’t be back

maybe it's my fault for not paying attention. Just walked in from the howell location. so, was there at like 610pm.
I ordered a full bag, and ranch. she gave me a half bag, and no ranch.
I come here all the time, and I've never had this happen before. I'm a cook. I work as a cook professionally. I understand having a long day, or just a bad one.
but come on. 10 dollars for half a bag of bread sticks and no ranch?
