The food and beer were great. I had the pretzel as an appetizer, and pizza. The mustard for the pretzel was so good and the pizza was really good as well. I enjoyed all the beers I sampled in my flight. Will definitely return.

The ever-expanding SE MI Brewery Discovery Tour makes a stop in Hartland because that's where a rider needed to go. I'm not looking in the gift horse's mouth. 😁 Cool place. Solid beer selection and plenty of pizzas, sandwiches & appetizers to choose from. The man behind the bar was very nice, soft-spoken but friendly. He stayed busy making pizzas the whole time I was there. There is some outdoor seating also. Music is at an appropriate volume, playing an eclectic mix of classic rock & country. One ding: the hall to the bathrooms is also used for storage and might not allow a wheelchair to get through. The pizza is excellent! The beer is solid, too.

Pickle pizza is by far best I've had anywhere. They continually have new beers coming out which keeps me coming back for more 😃

Very well made beers and creative snacks turned out efficiently in a little spot right in front of the bar. Simple and to the point environment. It's about beer at this place. Beer tanks are the decor. I'm fine with that. (They just celebrated their 5 year anniversary in November 2024.) I'd go back because the beer is memorably good and so is the onion jam....that dark stuff on the bottom right in my picture.

HBC is great place. I’ve been a few times now, and the beer has always been good, but I recently tried the pizza. The Vincenzo was so good, that I had to get it the next time I was there. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Nothing misses here. Hartland brewing will leave you baffled after ordering a beer flight. Every choice will be good for a pint or two, or perhaps you'll order a second flight. Why not? Everything is good.

Good pizza! Good beers... chiller wasn't working right, which they warned us about up front. So the beers were a bit warm but still left happy. We'll be back
