I ordered a Caesar salad and received a Greek salad.I called the store because it was for my mother. Ryan the manager made large salad when I ordered small was delivered with in minutes. I appreciate Ryan taken care of situation in a timely manner.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with not enough BBQ sauce on it. Barley any. I also ordered a pasta marinara and got a pasta Parmigiano. Was not at all happy with my order. The service wasn't very friendly either and it took forever. Don't think I'll order again.

I love hungry Howies and this store is by far my favorite. I usually do delivery and it’s always a great experience. Tonight I decided to pick it up and the staff was amazing, food was perfect, and the family is happy. 5 stars for crushing it every time!!!

Called to order some pizza for my two kids and when I asked if I called the right location I was met with yelling and then put on hold 3 times. The guy on the phone told me I had 3 seconds left to give him my name and what I want and then puts me on hold. I believe his name was Steve. Who ever was taking order Friday the 31st of January at 6pm. Unbelievably terrible customer service. The atmosphere inside the store is just as bad as your met with miserable people who look like they hate you for being there. I would give it a zero star if I could.

Well I like the restaurant itself you're ordering system sucks if you're too cheap to pay an employee to answer the phone at least Outsource it to somebody who understands English and knows your own operating hours there's been twice when I've called and ordered a pizza and they put the order through and the store was actually closed and the last time I called which was today the lady spent 10 minutes on the phone because she couldn't figure out anything I was saying.
