Well I like the restaurant itself you're ordering system sucks if you're too cheap to pay an employee to answer the phone at least Outsource it to somebody who understands English and knows your own operating hours there's been twice when I've called and ordered a pizza and they put the order through and the store was actually closed and the last time I called which was today the lady spent 10 minutes on the phone because she couldn't figure out anything I was saying.

Been ordering from Hungry Howie’s for many years. Called today. Things are different. Needed to Press 1 for English. Then call was transferred, then dropped. Same thing on second try. On third effort, got a guy who’s primary language is not English who told me there would be a delay in “the ordering process” because he had to “load the tools”. Why so complex? I’m ordering pizza from a place 5 miles from my house. I’m not giving my credit card info to some dude in Malaysia. I bailed on the call and I’m bailing on Hungry Howie’s.

Pizza is great but I hate that when I call place my order I have to talk to a call center representative in another country and it takes 30 minutes for them to figure out what exactly I’m trying to order.

Ordered two pizzas only to be handed an order that wasn't mine, staff seemed really out of it even after I told them that I only ordered two pizzas got home the pizzas were greasy and the crust was slightly burnt have to say worst pizza in Livingston county hands down will not be returning any time soon

Stopped in for something different for dinner, not sure what I wanted to get for me and the family. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and kind I was treated while placing my order. I ordered a couple pizzas a deep dish bread and a cookie. The pizzas where hot and delicious! The bread was cheesy and crunchy around the edges and the cookie was a home run with my kids at home! Great food exceptional customer service! I will definitely be back sooner than later! Thank you Hungry Howies and team!!!
