First time we ordered from this location. Pizzas were terrible. Thin crust was like cardboard! When we take in pizza to our family at Village Manor will get pizzas from somewhere else.

"I had an encounter with a manager who appeared to be in a bad mood and refused to offer a discount on an unbaked pizza. This was an unfortunate situation for a loyal customer of almost 10 years. Regrettably, I've decided not to return to your establishment. It's important for businesses to handle customer concerns professionally, whether it's the general manager or not. The service I received seemed discourteous and your behavior led to this negative review. In my opinion, if this is the typical management style of your store, which includes underlying hostility, it's no surprise that you experience high employee turnover. I wish you the best of luck."
