Paid 40 dollars for a large so called large bbq pizza and a small Hawaiian. both pizzas were mediocre at best. Not to mention paying $40 for a majority of the pizzas being dough and dough being so cheap to make, hardly any toppings is ridiculous. I will never buy another pizza from jets it's a total rip off.

I got a veggie pizza (pictured) and a meat pizza, and both were great. Lots of toppings and cheese, and a good amount of sauce. The pizza was hot, fresh, and ready on time. The pizza was also better than the Jet's in South Lyon. I ordered online, so I was able to apply my coupon and see the correct price before paying. The prices are typical for Jet's; more expensive than Little Caesars but cheaper than a nice sit down pizzeria.

I have been ordering from here for many years. I can’t get over how expensive it is to order even one pizza from Jets now. Wow. If you do a little research, even on Youtube, you can learn how to make your own pizza at home for less than half the price of this.

Delivery guy showed up complaining as soon as he stepped out of the car to my ring door about receiving no tip, and that he puts 700 miles a week on his car for delivery. Said “now I have to go to the bottom of the list and hope they tip me because you didn’t.” Cash tap was under the mat buddy, and you would’ve known that if you read the sticker on the door. It’s employees like this that ruin businesses.

Got yo say once we moved to alabama I missed this place. When I got back into town last Saturday I asked my son where should I get pizza from? He said Jets. My god it's been 10 years. Come to Bama.im sure you'd be a hit. Not a chain person but, I do have an exception. Further more we had it on Easter egg coloring night at my best friend since 6 and it was just as good from a different location. That says something. Who would of thought pizza could be so hard but dang that crust on the deep dish is amazing.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery last night, which was great. I added a $5 tip for the driver and when he showed up, he asked me to sign the receipt. This receipt only showed a total and a spot for a tip (He had the other itemized receipt in his hand). When I asked “did I leave a $5 tip” he played dumb, so I would tip him another $5. Come on man…
If you are considering ordering food from here, consider all the negative reviews. They are there for a reason. The prices are absolutely outrageous. I paid $50 for two pizzas tonight. One just had pepperoni as a topping, that’s it. I asked to see an itemized receipt upon pick-up. I noticed there were coupons online for the pizza I ordered, and I asked why that wasn’t applied to my order? I was told by the manager that it’s only applied “ if the customer says something”. Quit price gouging your customers! I left a complaint with corporate regarding the extremely poor customer service. I’ll never go back.

Terrible customer service and wait times. Cashier was rude. They said it was a 25-30 minute wait. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 6 minutes. NOT happy about that with screaming kids. Thanks Jets.

Ordered a pizza online at 5:41 said it would be done at 6:20. Showed up a little early, come to find out pizza was not even prepared or even in the oven. Here I am waiting another 20 minutes.

I love jets, the pizza is very good, staff is very nice and they're very fast.
that being said, the prices for a pizza are crazy high, I would order from jets more often if it wasn't almost 40+ for a pizza and a side of bread, I could go to cottage inn or any other pizza place and get that same meal for half the price.
come on Jets, I know you're not struggling that much, lower those prices.
