Stop that Jimmy John for lunch and got a number four that’s a turkey with lettuce and tomato. After ate half of it, I realize there were only two paper thin slice of turkey in it. It was pitiful

Derek made some damn beautiful (and good) sandwiches, while Felicity and I vibed to the good times playing. My coworker and j got to learn about all the sweet new stuff coming to Jimmy John’s soon! Got a delivery order for work maybe five minutes down the road that only took them a full half hr to bring me my stale sub. The fact that Jimmy John’s not only has the nerve to raise the prices, which hey I understand inflation, but taking away ingredients so there’s less on the sub itself AND using the day old bread too! Come on. The bread was hard HARD. It was just annoying all around. I use to liked Jimmy John’s. This is why jersey mikes has my heart now. What a shame.

No shade to this location specifically. If you like Jimmy John's, the people here are great and you'll have a good time. However, the jalapeno chicken and ranch wrap is quite literally the worst piece of fast food I have ever had. Now I love jalapenos, chicken and ranch but this wrap was an absolute disgrace to all 3. The jalapenos were fried until crispy (which is quite jarring on a wrap with mostly chewy ingredients) and no flavor was left in them. The wrap was about a 0.2 on the spiciness scale, about as spicy as black pepper. Consider yourself warned, unless you enjoy very convoluted forms of self harm, do not order this wrap. Do better Jimmy John's

I usually order form here 2/3 a week since its right across the street from my job, placed an online order and 5ish min later walked on over, they are pretty fast, however on this particular day, walk the order wasn't ready yet ,I understand busy, and short staffed. What I don't understand is why after collecting my payment cashier said she working on it right now, ok cool no problem, 3 people walked in, placed they order, received their order and I'm still waiting!!
